Academy Scholarship Trials for Bradford City

Bradford City Academy is providing current U16 players the opportunity to gain a scholarship in the academy program for season 2024-25.

If you have the ambition and believe you have the ambition and drive to become a professional footballer, we are holding open trials at Bradford City Academy.

U16 Players Only (Year 11s only)

Successful applicants will be informed via email by Monday, 15th July and invited to one of the trial dates. (Unsuccessful applicants will not receive a return email.)

  • Monday 5 August – Session starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7.30 pm
  • Monday 12 August – Session starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7.30 pm
  • Monday 19 August – Session starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7.30 pm
  • Monday 26 August – Session starts at 6 pm and finishes at 7.30 pm

If your son is selected for one of the above trials, there will be a deposit to pay of £10 which will be reimbursed if your son attends the trial.

Success at these trials will provide you with the opportunity to train and play games with the academy. We aim to offer the final scholarship places to the players showing the most potential.

No academy players can register for these trials.
